Tutor Exchange

This page is for the Literacy Volunteers Program Coordinator and tutors to exchange information and have discussion on pertinent issues.
Please send your suggestions for improvement and ways that we can help our tutors to literacyvolunteers@tricountyliteracy.org.

New Tutor Training

Make a difference in your community!  Tri-County Literacy is looking for new tutors.  Our next 15-hour new tutor training will be held in Fall 2017.  For more information, please contact Donald Lader at 443-6384 or via email at literacyvolunteers@tricountyliteracy.org.

Our training prepares tutors to work with adults who want to improve their literacy skills, leading to an improved quality of life. This training will cover both Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English Language Learning (ELL) for speakers of other languages.

Literacy is an issue that affects all of our communities, and it takes a community effort to make a difference.  We hope to hear from you!
